These Terms of Service govern your use of the PeakoAI platform operated by Marketeer AI FZE LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Account Use
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. PeakoAI accounts are for individual use unless you have an enterprise arrangement.
Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Acceptable Use
You may not use PeakoAI to scrape, copy, or redistribute trend data in a competing product. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer PeakoAI's scoring or clustering systems. You may not use automated scripts to access the platform beyond what the API documentation permits.
Intellectual Property
The PeakoAI platform, its trend scoring models, and all associated content are owned by Marketeer AI FZE LLC. You retain ownership of any content you create using PeakoAI trend intelligence.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
PeakoAI trend intelligence is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that acting on trend data will result in specific content performance outcomes. Marketeer AI FZE LLC is not liable for consequential losses arising from the use of PeakoAI data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE or through binding arbitration where applicable.
